Is the right to own a gun "of the very essence of a scheme or ordered liberty" and "rooted in the traditions" of our people?
The Second Amendment reads, "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Do remember the term "well-regulated" in 1776 meant "Trained & Well Equipped"
