Since the issues of coffee mugs (http://overlawyered.com/2013/07/the-very-model-state-attorney-general-contd/) has been dealt with, it was time to move on to tattoos.
This is apparently the Arkansas state senate, not the US senate (the fact that the article says it passed 26-4 should have been a clue). Still dumb, and I'm sure there are other things the people of Arkansas would like their legislators doing to earn their pay, but there's nothing they can do about the NSA or the war.
