Even In our Nations Capital the use of "Extreme Vehicles" is out of control

Over forty nearly killed, She was said to be laughing, as she plowed into the helpless crowd at over 70 miles per hour, some 20 minutes earlier she had assaulted a police vehicle!
There may well be a question if the police need better vehicles to stand up to those extreme vehicles that are being used in these attacks.

It's not only the question of what the big 3 auto makers are producing, but what about those cheap overseas imports? When is the goverment going to step in & pass stronger car control laws? I'm not against people having cars, but there should be conditions, limits, common sense car control laws, background checks, how much blood has to flow, before the madness stops?
