I wonder?

We apologize for the frustrations that you have experienced with us. We are now processing your RMA and your return shipping label. We will not charge you for a restocking fee.

It's been 7 days now, last tuesday they said 3-4 days for an RMA, then Friday they sent an email that it would be 3-4 days, & the email sent sunday stated 3-4 days for an RMA, once I pointed out I was blogging about their customer service, I got the above email.
So we'll see how long it takes now.
