"There are some places your rights should be restricted

to preserve an overall sense of safety and security, such as a college campus," said Matt Wingfield of Flint Hill.

But Matt, what if restricting my rights, makes me feel less safe or secure?

“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

One of the commenters has a great response.

"In all of the conversations this group has ever had about concealed carry, there is one constant theme from the generally opposed side.

“I’m not afraid of people who have bad intentions and who might be carrying guns in a place they aren’t supposed to be, because statistically the chances of encountering and being harmed by such a person are low.”

“I am however afraid of being in a place knowing that people are carrying guns lawfully and who have no ill intentions, even though statistically the chances of being harmed by such a person are even lower.”

??????????????????????????????????"
