No Alvin the solution is not that tough

the 2nd is not about hunting or target shooting

A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

In modern english might look more like this:
A trained and well equipped people being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be messed with

The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.

A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained in arms, is the best most natural defense of a free country.
James Madison

"I ask sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few politicians."
George Mason (father of the Bill of Rights and The Virginia Declaration of Rights)

So Alvin, be very careful with that which you want to modify
