Trip to Norfolk
Checked airlines, & the lowest airfare was around $325, & around 3-4 hours each way if everything ran on time. (With the airlines if is a big word anymore)
But checked on car rentals & gas prices & I can do it for under $300, and pretty much do it on my time.
So Sunday when it ends I can just head back & put a lot of miles behind me before I get tired, plus I can carry all the way.

I'd much rather drive myself to a shooting/training event than fly and have to deal with airlines/guns/security/insecurity/rental-car and all that.
Airlines have simply made themselves non-viable (not that I go anywhere anyhow) - except for our yearly flight to Hawaii. Hard to drive there, and ships don't even do it anymore either. ;-)
