Might as well scrap this one too
Public safety trumps outdated, irrelevant Second Amendment
If we are going to start playing with The Bill of Rights, hey we might as well clean house!

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

With all the drug trade, child porn, etc.. we might as well dump the 4th amendment, while we are busy scrapping the 2nd. I'm sure Lee Gaillard has nothing to hide, so why would he mind if the police, just showed up & searched his home, I mean after all if it saves just one child, why would he have a problem with it? By opening our doors & allowing the police & federal government to search without a warrant, we could reduce a lot of crime, besides whats does an honest man have to hide?

Amendment VII
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

This one can hit the ash can to, I mean why should we be able to go to trial over $20?
$20 was a lot of money in 1781, but today, come on give me a break!

I'm sure we can get rid of a few more, if they displease us.
