I see this being misused. It is a tracker that any controlling person can use to see where his woman is- simply give her a piece of jewelry, and you will always know where she is.
Is it a tracker? The woman in the ad states,"When I don't have my cell phone in my hand...", which leads me to believe it's just a sort of connection device, like a Bluetooth.
