They don't look too much like "boys" to me. The PSH over there is politically motivated to engulf everything it touches. Since they're out here in CA they might be local (Stanford has a pool where all sorts of international athletes train), so I invited them to go shooting. :-) I used to be a swimmer/water-polo player...
