So, whose gun was it? If it was brought by the instructor, shame on him for bringing a loaded gun to class and having it outside of his immediate control! If it belonged to the students and the instructor was aware it was in the classroom, shame on him for not verifying it was unloaded. He should have informed the students about the "no live ammunition" rule at the very start of the class. Now, if it was the student's gun and they ignored the instructor's safety briefing, thn shame on them!!
