Police re-qualifcation to 35 rounds twice a year

70 rounds a year is not "Highly Trained", (It was 60 rounds twice a year, that's not highly trained ether) I average at least 200 rounds a week

    Is that really the OH LEO training requirement? 70 rounds/year? I don't shoot 200/week, maybe 200/month, but geez...
