I think the price the Deputy is paying is far higher than jail. But he was in denial, "wouldn't happen to him", now he has to deal with the reality, that his own lack of foresight, and safety lead to his sons death, and he will everyday for the rest of his life
I feel for the family, especially the father. This is sad.
ReplyDeleteBut let's face it. Some LEOs believe that since they are exempted from "gun safety" laws that they are also exempted from gun safety rules.
Therein lies the problem Andy. We would be disarmed and jailed for this, but because he's a Brady "Only One", he gets to keep his gun and job.
