This Garand is a Springfield Armory, from SOG, not sure what country it was imported from, it was $440 (handpicked) picked up a new buttstock at the gun show this week end so for $525 total not bad, and the bore is still in good shape, and the SN indicates it was built between 1955, and 1957.
It would be so amazing to have somethi9nkg like this. my grandfather had a gun similar to this. I have some commercial fences contracts that I am working on. Maybe after they are done I would have enough extra money to look for something like this.
