I thought voyeurism was illegal

So this guy is facing charges with being naked in his own house, shouldn't she be arrested for being a peaking tom?

    Don't you know how the laws work?

    If a man walks past a woman's house and he happens to look in the window and see her naked, he will get arrested for peeping.
    If a woman walks past a man's house and she happens to look in the window and see him naked, he will get arrested for exhibitionism.

    That's only fair, right?
