Age should not be a factor in attack

This appears to be extreme CQB, if the officer had to make contact with Taser, it was close less than arms length. Mentally ill people do not reason, and cannot be reasoned with, once the scissors came out all bets were off. A 62 year old can kill just as dead as a 26 year old.
