I do everything I can to support the movement, my lady & I figured out we have given about 7 grand out in the last 4-5 years, to both national & state groups, But the American Firearms Inst. appears to be nothing more than a rip off. In January (at that time they were offering 2 yr memberships for $24.95) I signed myself & 2 other instructors up, & since then nothing.
The last email back in March, Evin said he was waiting for some knifes to come in, I emailed him 2 weeks ago, & told him to not to send the knives, but no word since.
So I guess he simpley stole $75 from me.
Couldn't be, they have a ban

A moment of clarity?

Kennedy's research team unpacked what he calls typical trends: They identified 69 distinct street groups, comprising about 1,000 people. Of the 89 homicides, these 1,000 people – less than half a per cent of the city's population – were connected to more than 75 per cent of them.

Today's Quote

"As we have seen, the first public expression of disenchantment with nonviolence arose around the question of "self-defense." In a sense this is a false issue, for the right to defend one's home and one's person when attacked has been guaranteed through the ages by common law." - Martin Luther King, Jr.

They came as being part of the gunrights movement & I paid for 3 2yr memberships 3 months ago, I have only heard excuses since. Use the website for information, but joining will result in a loss of money.
You don't think, you know!!

"We had one of our officers accidentally shoot another one of our officers," said Interim Shelby Police Chief Jeff Ledford.
A 13-year veteran of the Shelby Police Department, Detective Todd Vickery, was struck in the thigh after Officer Randy Conner pulled the trigger of what he thought was an "air soft" training gun.
"And it turned out to be the real thing," Ledford said.

People firing guns they "thought" were unloaded, now this guy shoots another officer because he "thought" he had an air soft pistol. You weren't thinking! there buddy, because if you were thinking you would have checked & known it was an a air soft before starting the training session, we can never get beyond being anal, when it comes to firearms safety!! We never assume, we never think, & we check & we check & we double check!!
Glad it was only a thigh wound & not COM

N.J. officer accidentally shoots 6-year-old son
By Troy Graham and Suzette ParmleyThe Philadelphia Inquirer
DEPTFORD, N.J. — A 6-year-old Deptford boy was shot in the face yesterday after a firearm that his police officer father was cleaning accidently discharged.

Ok let's try this Officer dumjerk:
When cleaning make sure the firearm is unloaded
Have the action locked open So you can double check that gun is unloaded
Do not have any ammunition in the cleaning area

Pizza Hut

They don't seem to care anymore about customers than they do delivery drivers, I wrote them over a week ago & they have not responded
Per Wal-Marts Decision

I have seen other bloggers saying they won't buy firearms related products from wally world anymore............

Well why stop at not buying firearm products? If wal mart wants to play I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I have to buy both a riding & a push mower this year, & guess where I won’t buy them? I really need to upgrade my computer, the old one is getting cranky, guess where I’m not buying it? HD TV? yes I will be buying one but guess where I won’t be buying it?

So now with their effort to get a store in NYC they have pissed away $4000 dollars in sales not counting small items.

So why aren't we carpet bombing them?

"Our objective is to annihilate all corrupt powers that dominate our planet today,"

Za experts of late have said that 70,000 people get shot each year in America, but that's not even 1 percent of the population, it's like 1/10,000th of a percent?, so what's all the uproar?.
Just bought 7 cases of ammo & I've picked up like 12 new guns since the 1st of the year

But it is a good idea, & I will likely buy more ammo with the check.

BELLEVUE, Wash., April 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Americans should "let the government buy your next gun" by spending part, or all of their economic stimulus checks on a new firearm, ammunition or shooting accessory, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said today.
Economic stimulus checks will be going out in the mail this spring as an incentive for American citizens to go shopping to help boost the nation's sagging economy. CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb thinks it would be a boon to America's firearms industry for that money to be spent on pursuits guaranteed by the Second Amendment, while also providing jobs and paychecks, and creating new jobs for people in the industry.
"This is our money, anyway," Gottlieb said of the stimulus checks. "If we weren't paying it in taxes to begin with, it would still be in our bank accounts and wallets, and we would already be spending that cash on a new rifle or shotgun, perhaps a new handgun and ammunition, shooting accessories and other equipment.
"Set some cash aside to buy gasoline for a trip to the range," he added, "and don't forget that with every firearm and ammunition purchase, Americans contribute to the Pittman-Robertson federal excise tax program that supports state wildlife agency programs, including hunter education. Not only will these purchases provide a much-needed boost to the gun industry, they allow gun owners an opportunity to take more than just a symbolic swipe at anti-gunners and anti-hunting groups."
Gottlieb also suggested that firearms retailers consider offering special discounts to customers who use their stimulus checks in their stores.
"These checks should help pay for a lot of new guns and gear," he said. "We think there are few better ways to celebrate our fundamental right to keep and bear arms than to spend your money where it matters the most: At your local gun shop or sporting goods store."
With more than 650,000 members and supporters nationwide, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms ( is one of the nation's premier gun rights organizations. As a non-profit organization, the Citizens Committee is dedicated to preserving firearms freedoms through active lobbying of elected officials and facilitating grass-roots organization of gun rights activists in local communities throughout the United States.

When Heston stepped down as NRA president, he told members his time in office was "quite a ride. ... I loved every minute of it."

But gun rights are where Heston most left his mark.

*Remember the election in 2006?

Thought you might like to read the following:

A little over one year ago:

1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high; 2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon; 3) The unemployment rate was 4.5%.

Since voting in a Democratic Congress in 2006 we have seen:

1) Consumer confidence plummet; 2) The cost of regular gasoline soar to over $3.50 a gallon; 3) Unemployment is up to 5% (a 10% increase); 4) American households have seen $2.3 trillion in equity value evaporate (stock and mutual fund losses); 5) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $1.2 trillion dollars; 6) 1% of American homes are in forec losure.

America voted for change in 2006, and we got it!

Remember it's Congress that makes law not the President. He has to work with what's handed to him. * * * *A **liberal is a person who will give away everything they don't own.***
#1 Rule is Safe Direction, you Idiot!

Teenage Girl In SUV Hit By Stray Bullet

1. Always point it in a safe direction
2. Always keep your bogger hook off the trigger till you are ready to fire
3. Always keep the gun unloaded till ready to use
All Guns are loaded until you know they are unloaded, even then the above rules apply!

OK Cam, you were showing the gun to someone in a business, even empty you maintain safe direction, but you were what to cool? The safety rules don't apply to you Cam, you are above all that?
If you were not at the range why the hell was it loaded?
I'll tell you Cam, while I believe in the Right to Keep & Bear Arms, I really do not think it should apply to you, you are simply to stupid, to have that right anymore, you proved it yesterday.

Now that's a great idea!!

How about a boycott?

Pizza Hut: No work for those who defend themselves?

Perhaps it is time for gun owners to start boycotting companies that refuse our rights, companies feel it's cheaper to have dead employees than a law suit. You know with the turn down in the economy, money is pretty important right now.

As the head of an HR dept. told me,"I'd rather you sue the company over your gun rights, than have the person shot suing the company"

Well perhaps it is time we make them feel the pain with our wallets?

Pizza Hut’s parent company is “Yum! Brands, Inc.” Yum! Brands, Inc., based in Louisville, Ky owns the following chains: A&W Restaurants, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Long John Silver's, Pizza Hut, & Taco Bell

email I sent them: Well it appears your company would rather have dead employees, than allow them to defend themselves. Of course it is your company, & dead employess are cheaper than possible lawsuits. But I for one will not support your efforts, & will do my upmost to influnce people not to spend money with your companies.I have started with my blog have the power to make the rules of your business, & we have the power of where we spend our money.Your message has been generated and received by the YUM! 2 Unprovoked Stabbings At Mall Linked - One Dead

Perhaps it's time for no knife signs?

On the other hand, there is this story:
An investigation into the incident ascertained that the two hitchers spotted a man running toward them, carrying a knife with a 20-cm blade. One of the two hitchhikers pulled out his personal weapon and shot the man.

Amazing! people can defend themselves when they have the proper tools
