Funny Obama promises "Hope & Change" & picks Washington, Joe Biden, he may be from Delaware, but he has been in DC a long time. That seems more like the same old same old

"Biden has served for the sixth-longest period among current senators."

Obama states that McCain is more of the same old same old, but McCain picks a younger nearly unknown VP.........

So really who might be offering Change?
